Description

The traffic signal at the intersection of SR-108 and SR-79 (Midland Dr. and Hinckley Dr. in West Haven Utah) seems to be malfunctioning. The forward light sensor for eastbound travel isn't triggering. In the last three days traffic has waited over ten minutes, through several light changes, before they get a green light to travel east through the intersection.
