Description
At the intersection of Bedford and Tusc (by Aultman Hospital), the pedestrian light signals it is OK to walk across Tusc as soon as the light for cars leaving Bedford onto Tusc turns green. Concern this is a hazard for pedestrians when the pedestrian light tells them it is OK to walk when there is oncoming traffic.
