Description
I witnessed a man run over a tiny brown terrier mix in the tatnall square parking lot Sunday, and I have witnessed other illegal stuff like people parking in front of the handicapped ramps. I am requesting cameras for safety and investigation to be put on the light poles in the parking lot. too many people in the public are all there together and cameras are needed.
