Thank you for using See Click Fix. The existing AC Chiller unit for the Venice Community center is ready for replacement and the old compressor is louder than it should be. A replacement unit was ordered in December 2018 and should be replaced in March. This is a very large piece of equipment, which is why there is such a large lead time for replacement.
