Issue was never with the front of the addressed building. It was the backside of this building with the couch, etc. exposed to Hancock Ave / Chase Bank parking lot.

The couch and what appears to be another piece of furniture are still out back behind the building.
Seen after this issue was closed, at around 6:00.
These large pieces of furniture are in full view of the public and are what I would consider blight since it really brings down the neighborhood.
Could you specify why this has gotten closed twice?
