Description

Just e of 700 Queen St. E., 13m w. Broadview on the n. sidewalk. Locked to City post-and-ring. Stripped of front wheel and seat so definitely appears abandoned.

A. I was advised by 311 that the "Bike Blitz" to remove derelicts will be soon so I will be reporting all of these I find.
