Description

There is a large amount of ice on the sidewalk on the east side of Forest just south of one of the streets that branches off on the east side only, I'm not sure if this is the correct street or is is north or south of this location, it is between Hill and Wells somewhere. It is not clear if it is a small water main/service leak or sump pump discharge or just a lot of rainwater from a week or so ago but it seems like too much for a natural occurrence and appears to be flowing a bit. I first noticed this on the 28th.
