Vehicle remains present 02-03-19 2pm as pictured depicting silver 06-10 Toyota Sienna mini-van in the driveway physical address: 4619 Birkenhead Circle, Missouri City, TX 77459. Picture reflects vehicle Texas license plate FGK 2768, front passenger flat tire, etc..

01/31/2019 The violation was observed. Attempts will be made to make the owner aware of the violation. Time will be allowed to correct the violation.

I conducted a follow up inspection, the violation has been corrected.
