There are two horribly done road patches on Hughes Rd, northbound side, right before Waffle house. They are starting to erode away and have turned into potholes. Whichever utility or contractor cut and repaired these originally should be held to a higher standard for the repairs...this is happening a lot in the City of Madison with third party repairs. These need to be fixed, and taxpayers shouldn't have to pay for the City to make repairs to third party "patches".
