Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When the inspectors have had a chance to investigate I will post an update.

The area on Raleigh beach road I was referring to IS NOT PRIVATE PROPERTY. There are paths and trails around the Neuse River. So all this olive talk is co inf from someone who clearly doesn't know the area. There are people likely homeless people as well that dump beer cans a d garbage along with trash, furniture etc a man may own it, but it is not listed as private or do not enter. People bicycle daily
Melissa, did you see that comment about turning your self in and being in private property, and other crazy stuff? It's blocked now I think, but what was that about? We're only trying to keep the environment clean. So sue us!! Or at least me!!
From the comments above, not sure if this is on private property, city property or both, so this issue is being referred to both Parks and Recreation and Housing and Environmental for review. An update will be posted once we hear back from them.
Thank you. I just wanted to make it clear ( based in a comment about being on private property and turning myself in to the police) that if it is private property ( a long road when exiting my neighborhood) it was never an I tension to trespass, but in fact thought it a public street owned by the city for whomever to walk, drive, or cycle on
