Overflowing trash barrel outside of the front entrance to CVS East Gloucester. This is a frequent sight. Why aren’t these businesses being fined? There is ALWAYS lots of trash in this parking lot that is shared with Stop and Shop. Trash is always blowing into the marshes and neighborhoods nearby...
