This SCF is being closed by the Pinellas County Public Works Department “Doing Things for YOU!” However, Work Request # 1824149 has been assigned and will remain open until work is finalized. This reported issue has been released to our pipe lining contractor.
The purpose of lining the storm pipes is to rehabilitate the stormwater pipe(s), without performing excavation, to seal any existing minor holes or leaks that are creating holes in pavement and near drainage inlets. This is very cost-effective repair method that greatly extends the service life of the pipe(s).
