Office of Communications assigned this issue to Newnan Beautification Department

Please provide additional information via email at mfurbush@cityofnewnan.org. Your voice mail is full and I can't leave a message. Generally these things are private property issues between two property owners but I am trying to clarify.

The tree is located in the property at 1 Briandwood Dr. Newnan, GA 30265.
I talk with the owner and she agreed that tree needs to be removed but also stated she has no money to do that. My kids are playing every day in our back yard, branches from the dead tree falling in my yard and is just matter of time the whole tree to fall in my yard. It is safety hazard not just me disliking overhanging tree over my yard. Tree needs to be removed ASAP and is every day danger for my kids, in my own yard.
