walking by this address for several weeks, there has been a steady flow of water from the end of the driveway and the flow is getting bigger. I do not know whose problem this is, but what a waste of water. Thank you

Goodmorning, I went by the location, to assess the issue that you had described, and yes it does appear to be some sort of a discharge hose. I will be contacting the MaryGay, maintenance staff on this issue.
