The city moved this camp out from the tracks close to sereno only to have it move down the tracks a hundred yards where there was a massive homeless camp months ago. Now there are 2 camps and more coming every day. The city needs to address this now or it will become like it was months ago. The city of vallejo has no control of these situations destroying this town. What a lost cause this has become. Some people who comment think shelters and money will help. What a pipe dream. I have no sympathy for these people. Seems every day now you read in the paper of transients being arrested with warrants, people having sex in front of the cvs in broad daylight, drug use, sales of dope behind wal-mart and on and on. No law in this town. The towns that surround us dont have this problem to the extent Vallejo does, i wonder why? Because they wont permit it. I dont even live here. I see this every day going to work at Kaiser Hospital. What a sorry sight it is.
