Asphalt roadway and brick alley at 1737 Willard St NW are deteriorating causing dangerous potholes. These potholes fill up with water causing pedestrians and buildings to get splashed when vehicles hit them. This has been repaired in the past before; however, because of Duccini’s Pizza (located at 1778 U St NW) periodically cleaning their frying equipment in the alley behind their establishment......the chemicals they use flows down the alley and is deposited at the intersection of the alley and Willard St. this is also a health hazard to say the least.
