Description

Trash not emptied at this address because it was purportedly Monday instead of Thursday. Surely the driver recognizes that this trash is rarely out at the curb and that in fact it wasn't there last Thursday, last Monday or the previous week, etc. Obviously there is an issue and would it have killed him to empty it? What harm could it have done to help an elderly person?
