Description
24th street between Shepherd and Durham currently allows for parking on both sides of the street. This creates a traffic problem when traveling both east and west between Shepherd and Durham, as only one car can pass through the parked cars on either side. With increased traffic due to the new HEB, it often takes 2-3 changes of the light to travel through the intersection.
