Sharraxaadda

Trash & trees are being dumped behind my property and in the abutting vacant lots - mostly tires, pieces of cars, cinder blocks, old doors and furniture, and brush, but some rotting meat- type garbage, too. The property is infested with mosquitoes. The more I try to clean up, the more re-appears overnight. (A friend did remove the old couch.)
