This intersection has a pre-emption program when a train is at the crossing. It allows for vehicles on the railroad side to clear before arms are down and does not allow movement on this side while the train is crossing. Not sure if I understand what you are saying. Per our phone conversation, please let me know what your research finds regarding:
*a right turn arrow from Tucker Road onto Forsyth Road.
* right and left turn arrows from Tucker Road (East bound) when a train is in the crossing.
