Description

Bike path along Shepard Road needs to be plowed. It's basically unusable near downtown. The crosswalks at Sibley street are not cleared, and the trail itself is dangerously covered with ice chunks and uncleared snow. There is no address for the bike trail, but the cross streets are: Shepard/Sibley, Shepard/Jackson, Shepard/Eagle.
