just checked. 2 Signs I pass read 15 MPH

Walking my dog last week - on leash. Car speeding by almost hit dog. Had to be going at least 40. Cars do not slow down for people walking. Many teens walk this rode. Do they have to wait util someone is hit to correct this speeding.

LMAO!!! Yea, good one! NO DRIVER in Delco drives in a courteous manner.

I'm in Florida for the winter months but imagine there's not much speeding with all the snow you've been having. If the problem persist when i return in the spring I'l,l let you and the lcoal authorities know. i don't want to see some of the kids walking that road to school or to the school bus getting hit.

Been back in the area over a week- Don't notice anychange.

Lately I notice only two speed limit signs - one at the top of the street and one at the corner of Williamson which is so filthy you cna barely read it. Speeding still occurs and I feel more speed limit signs might help resolve this issue.
