Thank you for letting us know about this issue. When we received it last night, we called Metro Dispatch who notified the on-call watch. They brought a crew in at ~11:30PM last night to isolate the line and fix the leak. The leak was in a service saddle on the main line to Rehoboth, so everyone was out of water service for ~4-5 hours.
The crew successfully repaired the connection, and water was restored. We are backfilling the excavation today.
I do appreciate you using this online service, but ask that you please call in issues like this to Utilities Dispatch at 505-863-1200 during normal business hours. After hours or on the weekends, please call in issues like this to McKinley County Dispatch at 505-722-2002. You'll get a much quicker response.
Thanks
Dennis
