Description

I live in the Stone's Throw Condos on 68th St. N near 18th Ave N. There is a lagoon that runs through the property and I am told it is part of the St. Petersburg Stormwater system. There is an inordinate amout of growth (algae?) in the water. I have been here 14 years and this is clearly the most I have seen. It is very unsightly, smells and I can't believe it is environmentally sound. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you for your time.
