Why should this item be considered "CLOSED" or "RESOLVED", if the problem hasn't been remedied? Just because a work order has been assigned, doesn't mean the issue is CLOSED until the work is COMPLETED. Has the work, in fact, been completed? I don't think so. Thank you.
