Description
the smell emanating from the chickens and household trash is growing daily. there's a vehicle parked in back yard with doors hanging open that appears to be the chicken coop. new trash is added to this disgusting mess daily. if we can't get the occupants to clean this up perhaps the city could prevail upon the slumlord. we are trying to run businesses here!!!!!!
