Resident believes the trees in the ROW at her address may be declining as they are regularly dropping large branches - would like someone to inspect and let her know who is responsible for maintenance if the trees are dead/dying.

Update from Community Services: The reported tree(s) has been evaluated and is not completely dead or in imminent danger of falling, therefore no City action is warranted at this time. The maintenance of trees that are located in the right-of-way is the responsibility of the abutting property owner. To obtain a permit for tree removal, the property owner may contact Zoning at 727-893-7471.
