Description

The City Sidewalk along Green Rd ( Ease Side ) is below grade and when the snow melts the sidewalk floods over then refreezes. The sidewalk in this area needs to be replaced to above grade so the water runs to the storm drain instead of flooding the sidewalk. There is a yard drain next to where this flooding occurs. ( See the picture )
This refreezing ice on the sidewalk is a hazard to pedestrians.
