Recent rains not n the past weeks have overloaded sewer lines at the street side. RotoRooter came out and wanted to charge $389 per hour to “clean out” the main drain pipe from building to street. But this is a problem that is backing up at the street side. It is evident because upon removing the access plate that is in the sidewalk, it s inundated in very murky and sludgy water.
