Nonsense! It’s the town’s app and the town’s responsibility to work with its vendor to correct this!!!

Unfortunately technical issues with individual app users need to go to the app creator. Please email them the problem as each user may have specific issues we cannot reach out on each users behalf. Passport may have specific questions that only the user can answer.

What makes you sure that this is an individual issue? I’ve heard about this from other users. It is an app problem and a Princeton problem, not an individual user problem. Please forward this to the appropriate parties for review and repair . Thank you.
