Apologies for the delayed response. As you may already know the failing pavement has been closed to traffic. This was facilitated through the project that replaced the failed storm line under Fairlawn Road. The current pavement conditions are related to the temporary pavement that was placed after the storm sewer lines were replaced. This surfacing was anticipated to last until spring, but it did not. Per Engineering, the project should resume in 2-3 weeks at which time permanent pavement will be placed.
