Codes Compliance addressed ONLY the matter of toys inside chain link area of yard, and closed their case. Codes Compliance did NOT address the remainder of yard which remains covered in litter and overgrown grasses (continually, as it is not maintained)! This issue is along the front and side areas outside of the chain link...which are still the responsibility of this property. Please readdress the issue and handle the ENTIRE lot of land--section along 46th St S as well as section along 18th Ave S (as it is corner lot). Owners do not perform maintenance of grasses or cleaning litter.
