The Recycling Truck has not been picking up flattened cardboard (neatly stacked inside of another box). The driver is alone and is not getting out if the truck, he is only picking up what is in the can. The regular garbage truck is picking up whatever is left.

Hello there -
Thank you for reporting your concern. Cardboard is currently the most valuable recyclable item. There is no reason why the driver should leave it behind. I have contacted American Disposal regarding this issue. I understand that your recycling has been collected - but I believe that they need to know that this is happening.
