Description

Trailer parked on the west side of 62nd Ave S, south of the intersection of 62nd Ave S & S 149th St. Pull behind trailer filled with rubbish and garbage parked two feet away from the curb. Trailer is covered with a blue tarp. No plates or any other identifying marks or tags.

I would like to add that the utility trailer is unlicensed and parked a full two feet from the curb.
