Issue Closed

it looks like this issue was closed, but no street repairs have been performed. This happens every time it rains. I believe additional attention is required to fix an ongoing issue, not just closing an Open Issue because the water went down after 2 days. This lock has faulty draining and I would like thew city to either investigate or give more information on long term solution. sometimes it gets so bad people can't get into their cars.
