Descrizione
B Too is serving food and drinks on the sidewalk at tables and chairs to customers without a sidewalk cafe license. There are no barriers separating the customers and waiters from the flow of sidewalk foot traffic and this is creating a stack up of sidewalk traffic flow and presenting a sidewalk public danger with exposed glassware on serving trays and tables. This sidewalk is not wide enough for restaurant sidewalk seating.

Yes, seriously. There are certain sidewalk and table clearances and hours of operation and fees that are associated with being permitted to use the public sidewalk for a business's activities. IT is unfair to the businesses that do comply with these requirements and the pediatricians who are entitled to use and free passage on the sidewalk.
It is also for patron's safety. For example, the current restaurant at the old KC Chocolate (14th just south of Q St) shop is illegally placing tables on top of electrical transformers. A transformer at P & 11th just blew up last week. What do you think will happen to the people sitting at these tables if this transformer also blows up?
