There are easily 100 residences that use WPD to access Spenard, the airport, dogpark, and Kincaid to name a few places. Stop sign at 34th and WPD might help abate the issue as well as make it easier to actually turn onto WPD from 34th. The corner is very blind in both directions. I'll admit to having walked into the middle of the street to slowly pick up an imaginary dime in efforts to stymy the rate of whatever vehicle is redlining down the drive Long term...nothing....short term....very satisfying. However, speed humps and/or a stop sign would help heaps.
