Description
A dead tree limb is hanging dangerously in this yard. Also-there are multiple other issues which I have reported to our HOA as have others. They say they have placed a lean on his property and there is nothing else they can do. Trees are out of control- hole in front of house. We have had rats in our yard which may be coming from his property. Everything is disheveled and filthy. I can't understand why we have to tolerate this situation any longer. My opinion: Larry needs mental assistance and is living in unsafe conditions. Our property across the street is devalued and this disaster has been going on for years. Is there nothing that anyone can do to make things BETTER? Fining him doesn't help the rest of us. Thank you. Carole Bratteig

Urban Forestry is responsible for managing and maintaining trees located on county property or that have growth extending over county property. Trees located on private property are the responsibility of their owner to maintain.
