I don't believe that was a personal attack and there is s point system:
What are Civic Points?
Civic points are a "gamification" of SeeClickFix that rewards active members.
SeeClickFix awards civic points based on your activity on the site. Civic points are a (loose) estimation of your civic engagement within your community.
Signing up with SeeClickFix: 50 pointsReporting an issue: 10 pointsGetting at least one user to comment, vote, or follow your issue: 50 pointsLogging in: 5 points per dayUploading a youtube video: 30 pointsUploading an image: 20 pointsCommenting on an issue: 5 pointsCreating a watch area: 50 pointsGetting an issue you reported closed and archived: 30 points
Titles you earn based on Civic Points:
< 100 = "Street Smart" 100 - 250 = "Civic Pride" 250 - 500 = "Civic Crusader" 500 - 1000 = "Municipal Avenger" 1000 - 2000 = "Digital Superhero" 2000 - 5000 = "City Fixer" 5000 - 10000 = "Heman" 10000+ = "Jane Jacobs"
Using this site for potholes, downed trees, broken stop lights etc is fine. But not to encourage neighbors to turn on each other.

Rapids guy 24 has heman status. So that IS a bragging right
Yes I agree things like potholes and graffiti do affect the neighborhoods. It seems this guy is above and beyond looking out for what’s best. Seems he is doing it for alterior reasons.
