Description

This building (on the corder of Roebling and E. Grand Ave) appears to be flooded from our rains this year.

The greenspace along E Grand has remained saturated, a sump pump on this side of the building appears to be nonfunctional and a doorway is visibly flooded.

This seems like a hazard for the community, please investigate ASAP.
