Description

Landlord does not much to improve this degraded property and leaves the landscape maintenance to the tenants, when most other landlords pay to have work done or have agents to do so. This property is an embarrassment to the city. Bulbs burned out or missing for security lights, aged fences that are failing, and much more. I go down this street every day walking my baby, and it's appalling how poorly this unit is maintained. Please do something!!!
