Description

Another accident occurred at 17th and Franklin St NE. Car smashed into a telephone pole. This intersection is becoming a graveyard of car parts left behind from all of the damaging accidents that happen here. PLEASE INSTALL A STOP SIGN. THIS NEEDS TO BE A 4 WAY STOP. ACCIDENTS EVERY WEEK. VERY UNSAFE FOR PEDESTRIANS TRYING TO CROSS TO THE BUS STOP.
