From Coal Creek Trail crusher fines trail north, there's a small section of concrete drive connecting the city (golf course?) maintenance facility and credit union drive-through area. Next, dirt social trail through grassy area, followed by shallow ditch. Then, sidewalk, bike lane, 2 vehicle lanes (35 MPH), a wide-grassy median, another two lanes of traffic, bike lane, then sidewalk.
Seeing nearby fence construction along Dillon south side in summer 2018, I'd hoped it was the start of a crosswalk project; alas, it wasn't.
