There are potholes the size of craters all over north st from Harrison elementary school all why down to to the on ramp to the Hutchinson river parkway this is unexceptionable I have seen 3 cars have tire blowouts and almost accidents occurring this needs to be fixed ASAP before someone gets seriously hurt
