Resolved by the City of Berkeley

I thank the City for its efforts in addressing this situation. This area requires ongoing vigilance as the person who encamps in this part of our park continues to pop up and move from spot to spot on the square block bordered by Hearts, Bonita, and Milvia. I look forward to seeing young families and nannies once again use the Totland and the children's playground without fear of running into rats and garbage. That will take time and the assurance that the encampment is really, finally gone.
