Road work was done on corner of Brughton n Wayside RD . Snow melted and tgis plastic tarp is wrapped around a pole. I am recovering from Achillies rupture surgery and do not want to re- injure myself carrying 7 min to my house to have it recycled. Please remove. Its an,environmental hazard and saftey hazard to pedestrians. Ty.
