Blue BMW with garbage bag covering the front right passenger window. Please have the owner move this vehicle. It has not moved from this location since August of 208. It is evident that the vehicle has not moved in quite some time, due to the amount of vegetation growing around the front and rear of the vehicle. The owner attests he can leave the vehicle in the road, as it is a public right of way. There is limited parking on this road and only one entrance and exit. Inoperable vehicles pose a problem when emergency vehicles must gain access to those at the dead end of the road. Please have this vehicle towed or moved from the road. Nearly eight months of looking at this eyesore is unacceptable. The owner has had more than adequate time to make arrangements for selling or scrapping this vehicle.
