Description

I love living in Stowe but I am sick of being watched by my neighbors who use binoculars to watch other neighbors. This is sick and isn't this illegal? Your suppose to be able to TRUST your neighbors but I must keep my blinds closed because they are breaking that trust and my privacy and others.
