I don’t think it is against law or ordinance to personally owned vehicles. You cannot have more than one unregistered vehicle on property, but having one is not a violation.

The property is an eyesore for years....they should be FINED for having such a run down neglected property with other junk in the back. Call 1-800 Got Junk!

Perhaps you should kindly approach the homeowner instead of crying about it to the town. Alternatively you could move to a development with an HOA. As long as no violations of ordinances are committed, you just look like a crybaby.

The homeowner should kindly move... not a concerned neighborhood that has to look at a deplorable property that is in code violations/bylaws of the town. I don't think the neighbor reporting a violation is being a crybaby just doing something that should be corrected. Obviously the owner doesn't care. Something wrong when your defending a violation..not ok!

I am not defending a violation. You are complaining about the owner doing something that is NOT in violation of the law. You are the one with the problem, so if you can’t live with it, YOU are the one that has to move.

I assure you my yard is one of the cleanest and well kept in the entire city. I dethatch, fertilize and razor cut my edges. I would be money that you don't do any of those things. This isn't about me however, this is about you being a little pissy crybaby about someone else's [lack of] ordinance violation. I just drove by there today and his house looks fine. His yard is cut and his vehicles parked neatly. Get over yourself -- you don't make the rules, so as long as no rules are being broken you have nothing to say about it.

This is about 287 Oak Street property not your property. Patting yourself on the back about your yard maybe you should talk to 287 about how to clean up their mess. No one in this town has military vehicles in front of their home neatly parked. Its not the solution. Lets not make it about you. Don't you have something better to do?

I don't need to talk to him because I have no issue with him. Maybe YOU should go have a talk with him. Incidently, I have a military vehicle parked in my driveway. With regards to your last question, you should be posing it to yourself.

These vehicles are registered as antiques and I'm working with the owner to get one of them moved of the front lawn.
