Description

This property appears to be unlivable from the outside, rotten siding, unkept yard, never any garbage or recycling put outside. The place doesn't appear to have any working lights, no visitors but there is a young man that lives there. His only mean of transportation is taxi. He says he is retired. But he is too young. Appears very unkept himself. He stares at his neighbors property through the back window. You can see him pacing and acting paranoid. There is a foul odor you can sometimes smell which seem to come from that property. Another person living in that same area has a dead cat in a box sitting under a tree.
